At Viking, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Viking account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized items.
